Using eMarketing Integrations
Once the eMarketing configuration is enabled, users can push customer data to that eMarketing provider to send email blasts, as well as review essential information about customers in eMarketing lists.
Exporting Data to an eMarketing Provider

Run a query pulling a list of customers.

On the query results page, click the Actions drop-down.

Click the Export to [eMarketing provider name] option. The example below displays an instance where Informz is configured as the eMarketing provider.
If this option does not appear and the eMarketing provider has been configured under the Configurations App > Integrations, please contact Impexium support for assistance.

In the Export to [eMarketing provider] window,

Choose the mailing interest or target from the drop-down field. Data in this field is pulled from your eMarketing provider.

Specify the Action you wish to take:

Add or Update Emails in Interest: Pushes data in the Impexium query to the eMarketing system, adding to and updating any changed information in the data set.

Replace All Emails in Interest: Replaces all emails in the specified interest/target with the data set in the Impexium query results.

Click the Export to [eMarketing Provider] button.

Managing eMarketing Interest Data per Customer
On the Customer Record, staff users can access information about that customer's data in the eMarketing system. To view,

Navigate to the Customer Record > Account tab.

Click the Email Providers menu option.

On the Email Providers page, a tab will appear at the top displaying the name of the eMarketing system enabled on your site.
In the example below, several tabs are visible because multiple different eMarketing providers have been enabled in that example site. Most clients will see only one tab, unless multiple different eMarketing systems are being used. Note: if the customer has never been included in an eMarketing interest or email blast, a notification will appear indicating this.
Two tabs are available:

Interest: Shows a list of all eMarketing Interest list that the selected customer is a part of, with the email address for that customer, interest name, opt-in date, whether the email address has bounced, and whether they were deleted from the interest.

Messages: The Messages tab displays a list of all messages sent to the selected customer through the eMarketing system. This tab displays the email address for the customer that the message was sent to, mailing address, date sent, whether the message was opened or clicked, and whether the message bounced.
